As a Thickener and Stabilizer:
Angel RS 3700-Modified Starch-E1413 can be used in foods as a bulking agent and stabilizer. Gives medium smooth thickness & texture to the products like Ketchup, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Chocolate sauce, Canned foods, Baked Foods, Gravies, Yoghurt, Jelly, Pudding, Bakery products Biscuits, Cookies and Dairy products.
For Shear Applications :
Angel RS 3700-Modified Starch-E1413 has high process tolerance, it is resistant to high heat and shear. It has high resistance against acids, sugar, salt and excellent freeze/thaw stability. It adds luster to the products, making them more appealing. For Gluten-Free Products and Prebiotics: It contains 84% dietary fibre on dry basis, resistant starch also has the potential of being a prebiotic. Prebiotics are defined as indigestible foodstuffs capable of functioning as substrates for growth or selection of beneficial bacteria growing in the human gut.
For Candy and Confectioneries:
It is particularly applied in candy making as it helps to form shell like structure easily. The starch that is gelatinized is applied in preparing jelly confectioneries as it transforms the gummy ingredients into candies with soft texture.
